PURPOSE-The purpose of the Adult Religious Library is to foster the
religious, intellectual, and spiritual growth of our parish community,
lay and religious. The library provides materials that will enable its
members to achieve a better understanding of their faith and thereby pursue
an increased spirituality. The library can also assist patrons in researching
religious topics.
CONTENTS-The library displays approximately 25 different
Catholic Periodicals.
The library has approximately 3000 volumes and numerous audio and video
format items, including:

• Church History
• Apologetics
• Theology

• Social Issues
• World Religions |
LIBRARY HOURS
Saturdays: 1 hour after the 5pm mass
Sundays: 1 hour after each mass including the p.m. mass.
Library is closed on Holidays and during the summer.
LIBRARY LOCATION
1. Exit left front door of the church (near baptismal area)
2. Proceed straight to alleyway, then, turn right.
3. Proceed approximately 60 feet to the steps of the library entrance.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES-
A parishioner must be 18 years or older to use the library and must
be registered with the library to borrow material
No fines for late books, but borrowers are responsible for replacing damaged
or lost material. Borrowers must return all overdue material prior
to borrowing new material.
Books and audio cassettes are checked out for 3 weeks and video cassettes
for 1 week.
Periodicals may not be borrowed but may be read in the library.
All handout material must be submitted to and approved by the parish administrator
and the Librarian prior to any distribution at the library.
All donated material must be given to the librarian or left at the Parish
Administration office for his acceptance together with the donator's name
and phone number. Gifted material is accepted at the discretion
of the librarian.
All returned materials are to be given to the assistant librarians and
checked in by them. Patrons are not to return items to the bookshelves
themselves.
