St. Mel Faith Communities provide parishioners with an excellent
opportunity to become connected to the parish, build friendships and
nourish their relationships with God.
Small groups of eight to twelve parishioners gather to reflect on
the upcoming Sunday’s liturgical readings and to connect them
to their daily lives.
A personal connection with the scriptural readings is accomplished
by having each member reflect upon the good news of the scripture
as it relates to their family, home life, workplace, and parish community.
How to participate:
- Become a member
- Host the community sessions
- Provide refreshments
- Become a facilitator

during Advent and Lent.
