Want to get married at St. Mel?

The beautiful experience of a wedding is honored and protected at St. Mel, always remembering that the wedding is the “stage setting” for the Sacrament of Marriage.

In order for your wedding plans to move smoothly, a good deal of advance planning is necessary:

• Call (818) 340-6020 for an appointment with a priest. (A six-month notice of request to be married is required.)
• On the appointment day the couple should come prepared to choose a wedding date, and pay the deposit or full amount on the rental of the church. The priest will give you a wedding packet containing St. Mel and Engaged Couples Retreat information. Please check with the receptionist regarding dates of Marriage Preparation Day and the signup sheet.
• The next step is to call the Wedding Coordinator and Foccus Couple. You will be guided throughout your planning
